End-User License Agreement

Univik welcomes you to our services, website and/or software solutions ("Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). Before using the Services, please review this EULA carefully.

License Grant

Univik gives you permission to access and use our digital forensics and investigation tools for legal reasons and by the terms of this License. This License does not permit you to make copies, alter, share, sell or create additional items from our Services.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Univik retains the exclusive ownership and creates through the use of software, tools, designs and all materials provided by Univik and legally protected by applicable laws governing ownership of intellectual property. You will not have any ownership rights regarding our Services as a result of this EULA.

Acceptable Use

You accept full responsibility for the way you use Univik Services, and agree not to:

• Try to reverse-engineer, decompile or alter any software in any way.
• Use our services in connection with any illegal, fraudulent or malicious activity.
• Share your access credentials or distribute them to anyone who is not authorized to have them.

Data Integrity and Security

Univik will not be responsible for protecting any digital evidence that you provide us. While we have security measures in place to protect your data, you are ultimately responsible to ensure it is backed up.

Limitation of Liability

Univik offers accurate forensic solutions based on research and evidence. Our Services are not guaranteed in any form. We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to you or any third party that results from using or not using our Services.

Termination

The EULA ends at the time of termination. If you do not comply with these terms, Univik can cancel your license immediately. Once your license is cancelled you have to no longer use any Services provided by Univik, nor keep any Content you downloaded.

Updates to EULA

We can change our terms and conditions ("End User License Agreement") at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you about those changes. If you continue to use a service after we make changes to these terms and conditions, that will mean you accept those changes.
