Yes. Providers with two-factor authentication issue app passwords exactly for this situation: a separate 16-character password that grants mail access without your main password or codes. Generate one in your account security settings, use it in the software and the backup proceeds normally. The software includes short guides for creating app passwords on Yahoo, iCloud, Zoho and other providers. Gmail, Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com skip app passwords entirely: they sign in through their own official login windows, with no password stored in the software.
