hMailServer spam filter rules and settings do not migrate - they're server-specific. The good news is Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace have superior built-in spam filtering that works automatically. You'll likely have better spam protection after migration.

Absolutely. All data transferred over encrypted connections (TLS/SSL). We sign NDAs on request. Migration data is processed in secure environment and deleted after successful migration confirmation. We do not store or access your email content beyond technical requirements.

We recommend keeping hMailServer running (receive-disabled) for 2-4 weeks after migration as a backup reference. After you confirm everything is migrated successfully, you can uninstall hMailServer and repurpose or retire the server. We do not modify or delete anything on your hMailServer.
