Mail Assure, Mimecast (EML option), Proofpoint (EML option), Smarsh (EML option), Zix (EML option). One .eml file per message inside a ZIP archive. Cannot be opened directly in Outlook.

📊 PST

Mimecast, Barracuda, Proofpoint, Google Vault, Microsoft Purview, Veritas Enterprise Vault, Smarsh and Zix all export PST. Opens directly in Outlook. Best for Microsoft 365 migration.

📄 EDRM / MBOX / JSON

Google Vault (MBOX + EDRM XML), Proofpoint (EDRM + Relativity). MBOX opens in Thunderbird. EDRM XML provides legal chain of custody under FRCP Rule 34.
